## What Ray reads in FreeAgent

Reading changes nothing, so Ray never stops to ask whether it may look something up.

## What waits for your approval

Every one of these posts an approval card in the thread showing exactly what is about to happen. Nothing runs until someone clicks approve, and no setting turns that off.

## Things Ray is never handed

## Connecting FreeAgent

Every person on the team connects their own FreeAgent account on FreeAgent's own login screen, so Ray can only reach what that person can already reach, and the history in FreeAgent shows who actually asked. Passwords never pass through Ray. Disconnecting FreeAgent or uninstalling Ray revokes the connection.
