## What Ray reads in Kit

Reading changes nothing, so Ray never stops to ask whether it may look something up.

- Broadcasts, their stats, and who clicked
- Subscribers, tags, segments, and forms
- Email and growth stats over time

## What Ray writes

Ray reads Kit and answers from it in the thread. Writing to Kit is not switched on yet, so there is nothing to approve.

## Things Ray is never handed

These are left out during curation, so they are not something Ray could do and decides against. They are not in front of it at all.

- Create or send a broadcast
- Add, update, or delete a subscriber
- Change tags or custom fields

## Ask it like this

- "@Ray how many subscribers did we add last month?"
- "@Ray which links did people click in the last broadcast?"
- "@Ray how is the welcome sequence performing?"
- "@Ray which form is bringing in the most subscribers?"

## Connecting Kit

Every person on the team connects their own Kit account on Kit's own login screen, so Ray can only reach what that person can already reach, and the history in Kit shows who actually asked. Passwords never pass through Ray. Disconnecting Kit or uninstalling Ray revokes the connection.
