Reading changes nothing, so Ray never stops to ask whether it may look something up.

- Campaigns and the events they fired
- Contacts, carts, orders, and products

## What Ray writes

Ray reads Omnisend and answers from it in the thread. Writing to Omnisend is not switched on yet, so there is nothing to approve.

## Things Ray is never handed

These are left out during curation, so they are not something Ray could do and decides against. They are not in front of it at all.

- Create or update a contact
- Create, change, or delete an order or a cart
- Change the product catalog

## Ask it like this

## Connecting Omnisend

Every person on the team connects their own Omnisend account on Omnisend's own login screen, so Ray can only reach what that person can already reach, and the history in Omnisend shows who actually asked. Passwords never pass through Ray. Disconnecting Omnisend or uninstalling Ray revokes the connection.
